Ellen Arnold, of Arnold Public Affairs, works as a lobbyist for Texas PTA to keep PTA's legislative priorities at the forefront of the legislative process. Ellen also is responsible for reporting current events in the legislature along with any other news that may impact the legislative priorities of Texas PTA. Ellen will write frequent updates during the legislative session, as well as during the interim between legislative sessions. These updates will be linked on this Web page.
